Nanko Plum Drink 500ml

We carefully wash Nanko plums from Wakayama, Japan's leading plum-producing region, and remove each stem by hand with a bamboo skewer. The plums and rock sugar are layered alternately many times in a pickling barrel and slowly matured into plum syrup concentrate.
The long-matured concentrate is diluted, so enjoy it straight.
It is characterized by a rich aroma and a mellow, refined flavor.
